| Code | What it means | Risk |
|---|---|---|
0001 OVERCURRENT The drive stopped the motor because the output current exceeded the maximum trip limit. | YELLOW
0002 DC OVERVOLT The drive shut down because its internal DC circuit voltage exceeded the maximum safe limit. | YELLOW
0003 DEV OVERTEMP The drive stopped because its internal power components exceeded the maximum safe operating temperature. | YELLOW
0004 SHORT CIRC The drive stopped because it detected a short circuit in the motor or the motor cables. | RED
0006 DC UNDERVOLT The drive stopped because its internal DC voltage dropped too low to operate the motor. | YELLOW
0007 AI1 LOSS The drive stopped because the first analog input signal fell below its programmed minimum limit. | YELLOW
0008 AI2 LOSS The drive stopped because the second analog input signal fell below its programmed minimum limit. | YELLOW
0009 MOT OVERTEMP The drive stopped the equipment because the motor temperature exceeded its programmed fault limit. | YELLOW
0012 MOTOR STALL The drive stopped because the motor stalled from an excessive load or insufficient power. | YELLOW
0016 EARTH FAULT The drive stopped the motor because it detected a ground fault in the motor or cables. | RED
0022 SUPPLY PHASE The drive stopped because it detected a missing input power phase causing excessive voltage ripple. | YELLOW
0028 SERIAL 1 ERR The drive stopped because the fieldbus communication connection to the control system was broken. | YELLOW
0034 MOTOR PHASE The drive stopped because it detected a missing motor power phase or a faulty thermistor relay. | YELLOW
0037 CB OVERTEMP The drive shut down because its internal control board exceeded the maximum safe operating temperature. | YELLOW
